I just wanted to take this time to say thank you for everything. Moving from Nanaimo to Prince George was one of the hardest decisions to make. When our realtor in Nanaimo referred us to Joanne I was so happy. She was everything a buyer's realtor should be - professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and patient.

We had two days to find a home in Prince George. Not being from the area made it very difficult as we had no idea what area of the City we wanted to live in. Joanne showed us home after home, never getting annoyed after I found something wrong with every single home. Finally on day two of our house hunting trip, Joanne found us our dream home. We are in absolute love with it and cannot wait to move in.

My husband and I are out of town clients (from Vancouver) who have been working steadily with Joanne over the course of the last few months to purchase an investment property in Prince George. I want you to know that I myself – work for a real estate company and deal with realtors everyday. Joanne and her tireless efforts have amazed us! She has done nothing but go above and beyond for us in every possible aspect. This is our fourth real estate purchase, although our first long-distance one. We would never have known it was an out of town purchase as Joanne has made everything so incredibly easy for us - and despite the distance this has been our best purchase experience.

Her unbelievable knowledge of the towns history, locations, people and places (in addition to preserved wood foundations believe it or not) were amazing. She always answers her phone and always replies to e-mails in a timely manner. I was never 'left hanging'. Then when we finally made the trip up from Vancouver - she dedicated her entire weekend to us, having prepared a great collection of places to view. After we finally chose a house and subjects were removed, she even arranged access for a flooring company to enter and take measurements (so flooring can be installed as soon as we take possession - great!).

I realize that my husband and I have been quite a bit of work for her - but she never made us feel like we were being a pain (and we are). On top of this all - she has that outgoing/winning personality that I would trust time and time again.

I just thought you should know what an incredible person you have working in your office.
